A business leader with a strong track record in strategic planning and execution is required for this key role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tender Preparation: Develop and manage end-to-end tendering processes for Oil and Gas, Energy sectors.
  • Bid Management: Coordinate bid management activities including technical writeup & cost estimation, subcontracting, JVs, consortium, client liaisoning, and project management.
  • Tender Identification: Identify relevant tenders from PSUs, Govt Agencies, and private companies through various resources.
  • Bidding Process Expertise: Possess excellent knowledge of bidding process at government/GEM portals.
  • Pre-Qualification Documents: Prepare pre-qualification documents, EOI, BIDS, attend pre-bid meetings, etc.
  • Clients Liaison: Maintain excellent professional relations with clients and coordinate with central functions for bid compliance (accounts, legal, FICO, etc.).
  • Coordinate with Execution team and maintain relationship with all external parties for bidding job.
  • Liaison and Correspondence: Liaison and day-to-day correspondence along with legal contractual correspondences with customers.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Generate relevant MIS reports/tender tracking updates. Achieve order booking target from Tenders.
  • Documentation and Updates: Maintain documentation and correspondence of BD activities and update credentials on regular basis.
  • Sales Forecasting: Business Sales Forecasting.
  • Empanelment: Ensure new empanelment and renewal of existing one with PSU and other agencies.
