Director of Revenue Acceleration

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as Director of Revenue Acceleration. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through demand generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in demand generation, marketing automation, and data analysis.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and grow the sales pipeline.
- Manage marketing automation tools (Zoho, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to enhance outreach efficiency.
- Collaborate with SDRs and Sales Teams to improve lead conversion and alignment of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics and report on ROI, funnel efficiency, and overall effectiveness.

**Requirements:** 3-5 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation / Marketing roles, preferably in IT Services. Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo.io, Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution. Strong understanding of the Indian IT market (SMBs and Enterprise). Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
