About the Role
SolarWinds is expanding its Revenue Operations team and seeks a skilled professional to lead various initiatives and improve processes. As a key member of the organization, you will contribute to driving revenue growth and accelerating GTM performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue growth.
  • Improve internal processes to support GTM goals.
  • Manage customer and partner data to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze GTM systems for areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and objectives.
  • Utilize reports and dashboards to ensure data integrity.
  • Work closely with Sales, Channel, Analytics, Data, Business Applications & IT to prioritize projects.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of product, sales, channel & marketing organizations.
  • Proficiency with SFDC, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a high level of accountability.
