Revenue Growth Specialist

SolarWinds is expanding its Revenue Operations team and seeks a skilled professional to lead various initiatives and improve processes. As a key member of the organization, you will contribute to driving revenue growth and accelerating GTM performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue growth.
- Improve internal processes to support GTM goals.
- Manage customer and partner data to inform business decisions.
- Analyze GTM systems for areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and objectives.
- Utilize reports and dashboards to ensure data integrity.
- Work closely with Sales, Channel, Analytics, Data, Business Applications & IT to prioritize projects.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of product, sales, channel & marketing organizations.
- Proficiency with SFDC, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a high level of accountability.
