As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will join a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Your role will involve driving new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, operations, and reporting for our Online Higher Education vertical.

Responsibilities
  • Drive New Customer Acquisition: Identify and convert high-potential leads, develop tailored sales strategies, and consistently meet revenue targets.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and increase revenue.
  • Operations and Reporting: Oversee the execution of sales processes, prepare detailed reports on sales activities, and analyze customer feedback to enhance the product portfolio.
Requirements
  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in B2C sales and inside sales.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
