Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled technical consultant to support our client's Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive technical requirements are captured.
  • Analyze business process leads' requirements to deliver required technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support for the D365 F&O platform.
  • Understand business needs, determine best technical solution, and leverage default D365 capabilities to align with strategic objectives.
  • Support testing activities and training end users as needed.
  • Assist with integration of D365 F&O and CE with custom/3rd-party applications as required.
  • Ensure adherence to MS standards and optimal system configuration for performance.
  • Maintain, manage, and support D365 application post-implementation.
  • Manage version control for custom code, builds, releases, and deployment.
  • Work closely with functional consultants to design MS D365 technical solutions.
  • Develop quality documentation according to industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain security roles and user access management.
  • Support DRA, Printer, and scanner-related requirements.
  • Create, manage, and maintain workflows.
  • Create, manage, and monitor batch jobs.

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations (D365 F&O)
  • D365 Support experience
  • Understanding of printers, handheld scanners, and F&O as a cloud-hosted application
