Job Description

We are seeking a professional with experience in designing and delivering training programs to enhance patient experience, service excellence, teamwork, and leadership capabilities within a hospital setting.

  • Analyzing business objectives, patient care standards, and industry trends to develop comprehensive learning strategies.
  • Establishing structured learning roadmaps for different employee levels, including frontline staff, support staff, and leadership teams.
  • Designing and delivering behavioral and leadership training programs for employees across all levels.
  • Implementing onboarding behavioral training programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration.
  • Designing and implementing leadership development programs for departmental heads and high-potential employees.
  • Facilitating executive coaching programs for emerging and existing leaders across the network.
  • Measuring training ROI and business impact to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline and at least 12 years of experience in a service-related industry contributing to or managing the end-to-end learning and development function.
