Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a consultant across all aspects of IT Service Management and ServiceNow projects.">
  • Provide guidance on implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and understanding their connection to other processes such as IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).">
  • Analyze and assess current ITSM processes to identify areas for improvement.">
  • Develop new ITSM processes aligned with ITIL standards.">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align process with business objectives.">
  • Provide training on best practices in ITSM.">
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.">
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ITSM processes.">
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives in ITSM.">
  • Engage with external partners and bring in thought leadership from the industry.">
  • Recommend how IT Service Management tools can support business objectives.">
  • Experience in leveraging ServiceNow to improve service delivery is desirable.">
  • Hands-on experience in implementing ITAM, ITSM, IRM and HR modules in ServiceNow is highly desirable.">
  • Support client design sessions, facilitating workshops and interacting with subject matter experts.">
  • Look for opportunities to build and grow competency in this area.">
  • Participate in key events such as client meetings, presentations and roundtable discussions.">
  • Work with the leadership team to develop market execution plans for ITSM offerings."]

Qualifications & Skill Sets

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or similar field, supported by relevant technical experience.">
  • ITIL v4 foundation certification or higher.">
  • 5-7 years of ITSM consulting experience with exposure to ITSM tool implementation project experience.">
  • Desirable: Experience in process re-engineering, process assessment and working with clients in MENA region.">
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear strategies.">
  • Confidence to influence senior colleagues and clients.">
