Job Title: Billing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Billing Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and certifying contractor bills. They will also estimate quantities, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), conduct rate analysis, and manage project budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bill Preparation and Certification: Prepare, review, and certify contractor bills & verify Joint Measurement Records (JMR).
  • Estimation and BOQs: Estimate quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) using AutoCAD and other tools.
  • Rate Analysis and Comparative Statements: Conduct rate analysis and prepare comparative statements.
  • Project Budgeting and Cash Flow Management: Monitor and track overall project budgets and cash flow.
  • Construction Sequencing and Work Breakdown: Work on the sequencing of construction activities and breakdown of works for detailed estimation.
  • Project Budget Updates: Prepare and update project budgets in coordination with the planning and procurement teams.
  • Timely Billing: Ensure timely and accurate billing in line with contract terms.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in billing and estimation, especially in hotel or high-end real estate projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and item-wise work bifurcation.
  • Knowledge of rate analysis and budget management.
