We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  • This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, resolving any discrepancies, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • They will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate and timely billing, and will be expected to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have experience of 2-8 years in Google Workspace (GWS) Billing or extensive experience working in GWS environment & understanding of associated billing.
  • They will also need good typing speed (preferably 30-50 WPM) for efficiently managing billing documents and records.
