Job Opportunity: Hotel Billing Specialist

We seek an experienced and skilled professional to lead our hotel billing initiatives. As a key member of our projects department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate billing for our hotel projects.

  • Prepare and review contractor bills, verifying Joint Measurement Records (JMR) and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
  • Estimate quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) using AutoCAD and other tools, analyzing data to inform project decisions.
  • Conduct rate analysis, preparing comparative statements to optimize project costs and cash flow.
  • Monitor and track overall project budgets, collaborating with the planning and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Work on sequencing construction activities and breaking down works for detailed estimation, streamlining project processes.
  • Prepare and update project budgets, coordinating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing, aligning with contract terms and company standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in billing and estimation, preferably in hotel or high-end real estate projects.
  • A strong understanding of construction sequencing and item-wise work bifurcation, enabling effective project management.
  • Knowledge of rate analysis and budget management, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
