About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in SAP Vertex and contribute to the growth of a dynamic organization.

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for resolving complex incidents, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring the uptime and performance of critical systems. Your strong technical skills and analytical mindset will enable you to drive results and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices.
RequirementsTechnical Skills
  • Vertex certified with 2-3 end-to-end cycles of implementation, e.g., sales tax, use tax, GST, VAT.
  • Good experience working with SAP consultants and Tax subject matter experts on vertex integration with S/4 HANA, including testing and defect management.
  • IT experience in implementing, testing, and maintenance of JAVA, J2EE applications as a JAVA Application developer and Vertex Consultant.
Domain Knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge in Tax domain and Vertex software – 6.0, 8.0, 9.0.
  • Experience in point of sale and Vertex Tax management, CRM applications, Sales Audit system, Merchandise Management System, and Financial Management and Reconciliation Applications.
Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
