As a skilled designer, you will be responsible for leading the design and execution of luxury residential interior projects. This role requires strong creative vision, leadership skills, and technical expertise to manage multiple high-end design projects from concept development to final execution.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture, as well as ~3+ years of experience in residential interior design. They should also have a strong portfolio showcasing their work and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Key responsibilities include preparing mood boards, space planning, layouts, and 3D visualizations, as well as coordinating with consultants, vendors, and site teams for design execution. The candidate should also be able to review material selections and ensure the project aligns with design quality standards.

Mentorship is also an important aspect of this role, as junior designers and interns will look to the successful candidate for guidance and support. Additionally, the candidate should stay updated on market trends, materials, and innovations in residential design.
