About the role:

This position is a unique opportunity to provide timely, accurate and consistent communication regarding company performance, strategy and market updates to investors, shareholders and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound voice calls with investors and stakeholders
  • Providing information about the company's financial performance, market updates and other relevant investor communications
  • Supporting investor inquiries with professionalism, accuracy and discretion
  • Assisting in organizing investor calls, earnings calls and quarterly updates
  • Maintaining records of investor communications in compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Collaborating with finance, corporate communications and compliance teams for accurate dissemination of information
  • Escalating critical investor queries to the Investor Relations Manager/Leadership team
  • Ensuring compliance with SEBI, stock exchange and internal governance norms during communication

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce or related field
  • 1 year of experience in voice process/customer interaction roles, preferably in BFSI, Investor Relations or Financial Services
  • Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, market terminology and corporate performance metrics
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research or Financial Communication
  • Knowledge of stock market regulations, SEBI compliance and corporate governance
  • Exposure to CRM tools and call management software
