Procurement Manager - Strategic Sourcing Role

  • Lead end-to-end commercial and procurement aspects for all IT categories, ensuring proper spend categorization.">

Key Responsibilities include managing senior stakeholders, establishing relationships, and advising internal business partners on the end-to-end procurement process. This role requires a collaborative approach, with experience navigating matrix organizational responsibilities and working across global regions and teams to elicit successful and collaborative approaches and solutions.

Responsibilities also include defining and implementing category strategies, leveraging appropriate procurement/sourcing tools, and conducting periodic market research for assigned categories. Accurate and continuous collection and reporting of projects managed, contracts concluded, and their associated expenditure and financial impacts are crucial in this role.

Requirements

  • ">
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with significant experience in procurement/sourcing and contracting for Cloud Services.">
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, at same and higher level of organization.">
  • Experience or good understanding of electronic procurement/sourcing tools (Ariba, Ivalua, PeopleSoft, etc.).">
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Source/Procure-to-Pay processes and tools.">
  • Ability to extract detailed procurement requirements from internal business stakeholders and translate business requirements into contract language.">
  • Engineering Graduate with excellent English communication skills (verbal & written, incl. contracting).">
