At innova-esi, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Developer to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for a developer who can design, develop, and test automation workflows using the Automation Anywhere platform.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in the Automation Anywhere platform, including its tools for bot creation and management, as well as experience with integrating bots with various other applications and APIs.

The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements for new processes, documenting automation processes and solutions along the way.

Additionally, the developer will troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing automation workflows and bots, monitoring program performance and making adjustments as needed.

The role also involves ensuring automated solutions are scalable to handle increased volumes of work without significant changes to the existing process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing automation workflows using the Automation Anywhere platform
  • Creating, deploying, and managing bots to perform repetitive tasks
  • Leveraging the Automation Workspace to integrate RPA with AI, ML, and APIs for comprehensive automation
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements for new processes
  • Documenting automation processes and solutions
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and maintaining existing automation workflows and bots

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in the Automation Anywhere platform, including its tools for bot creation and management
  • Experience with integrating bots with various other applications and APIs
  • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements for new processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
