Job Title: Senior Automation Developer

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of automated tests to ensure software quality.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium and other automation tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and report defects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing, and Maintenance projects.
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Playwright, Postman, SoapUI, Perfecto, GenRocket, etc.
  • Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot and database management.
  • Demonstrated experience in in-sprint and integration testing within Agile or distributed environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management, and P&C Insurance domain knowledge.
  • Experience with scan, build, and deployment tools like Proofpoint, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of database verification (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or performance tests (JMeter).
