Job Title: Commercial Deal Specialist

  • As a Commercial Deal Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating deals from multiple teams and creating comprehensive commercial proposals.
  • You will prepare customer pricing presentation sheets outlining key commercial terms and conditions.
  • Evaluate deal commercials to ensure alignment with risk protection against Forex, international taxation, global labor laws (ARD and TUPE), etc.
  • Review contracts and discuss with the internal team (delivery, legal, business) and participate in customer negotiations.
  • Create deal P&L as per IFRS, deal cash flow, and balance sheet.
  • Develop deal termination schedules.
  • Identify accounting treatment of cost items in the deal P&L aligned with accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS).
  • C coordinate with internal teams for cost inputs and deal solution discussion.
  • Analyze commercial and contracting risks in deals, highlighting them to leadership and suggesting mitigation approaches.
  • Collaborate with finance team functions on reporting and accounting requirements.
  • Multitask priorities to meet organizational deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Interface with development teams on system enhancements and maintain strong internal controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and standards (IFRS and GAAP).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
