Senior Outreach Associate

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Outreach Associate to support the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns. This role requires strong research skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and their management teams.

  • We are seeking an individual with 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field, who has a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and possess excellent interpersonal and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms that align with our target audience and values.
  • Conduct outreach to potential influencers, introducing them to our brand and discussing potential collaboration opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of influencer collaborations, including content creation, posting schedules, and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
