Job Title: Senior Event Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Event Manager.
  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.
  • As a Senior Event Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, leading projects, and collaborating with teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • You will translate client briefs into compelling event concepts, experiential campaigns, and strategies, and ensure their quality execution.
  • Working closely with operations and finance teams, you will prepare budgets, manage client approvals, and ensure adherence to financial plans.
  • You will also guide and oversee junior members' work, ensuring company standards of delivery before presenting to HOD/Director for final sign-offs.
  • Regular reporting to HOD/Director is expected, along with working on post-event analysis/reports to share with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and growth opportunities.
  2. Lead high-profile projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
  3. Develop strategic event concepts, experiential campaigns, and marketing strategies that meet and exceed client expectations.
  4. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and pitches to new and existing clients.
  5. Manage complex project timelines and deadlines using Gantt charts and other relevant tools.
  6. Work closely with Operations Teams to prepare detailed budgets and manage client approvals.
  7. Collaborate with Finance Teams to ensure accurate invoicing, vendor registration, and payment terms.
  8. Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  9. Conduct thorough post-event analysis and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
