Solutions Consultant

Purpose of the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will support the sales cycle by understanding enterprise client business challenges and mapping them to our solutions across commerce platforms.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to create value-driven solutions that align with customer expectations and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer requirements and business processes across retail, D2C, B2B, and marketplace commerce models.
  • Craft tailored solution proposals leveraging our full product suite - commerce platforms, order management, warehouse management, product information management, and marketplaces.
  • Design functional architecture, workflows, and integration blueprints for client-specific use cases.
Client Engagement & Demonstration:
  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs for key stakeholders (CXOs, Business Heads, IT teams).
  • Provide technical responses to RFIs/RFPs and conduct discovery & scoping sessions with prospects.
  • Build confidence with customers by answering queries related to scalability, integration, architecture, data flow, and automation.
Proposal Development & Documentation:
  • Create presales collaterals, solution documentation, and statements of work aligned with the sales narrative.
  • Assist in preparing commercial proposals, pricing models, and delivery effort estimates in consultation with delivery and finance teams.
Collaboration & Support:
  • Work with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between client requirements and product capabilities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer during internal discussions for customization or roadmap inputs.
  • Support post-sales handover with detailed functional understanding and solution context.
Market & Product Intelligence:
  • Stay abreast of digital commerce trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments.
  • Continuously update internal tools and knowledge bases with market insights and feedback.
