We're seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Lead to drive growth engines that scale.

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic).
  • Prioritize budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting for senior leadership.
  • Create frameworks for continuous testing and optimization – from ad creatives to conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Implement data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven success in scaling campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
  • Ability to manage budgets at scale and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset: combining strategic vision with hands-on problem-solving.
