Job Opportunity

Are you a skilled professional looking for a challenging role in the field of Customer Relationship Management? We are seeking an experienced CRM Tester to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience with Agile & Waterfall project methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and test Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Additionally, the successful candidate will have a good understanding of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate (Flow). Experience with Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and CRM configuration & integration knowledge is also highly desirable.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in CRM testing and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
