About the Role

CloudEagle is seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality web experiences that drive conversions and engage our leads and customers.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design. They should also be proficient in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and have experience working with design tools such as Figma.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work collaboratively with our content, design, and product teams, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the field.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to develop web pages and landing page concepts that meet our brand guidelines and prioritize brand consistency.
  • Monitor site performance, run regular audits, and measure conversion, traffic, bounce rates, and other key metrics to inform directional suggestions for the team.
  • Design innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using observations and learning, and implement automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to follow deadlines.
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings, and constant upkeep with ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
