Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to lead our design strategy and user experience of the KhetPe platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a significant impact on farmer-centric digital experiences.

The successful candidate will own the design strategy, creating and validating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that bring simplicity, trust, and impact to our digital interfaces. They will conduct user research, usability testing, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and delightful interfaces that drive adoption, retention, and farmer empowerment.

This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, as well as expertise in Figma / Adobe XD, and prototyping tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience conducting field research and usability testing with diverse user groups.
