Job Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Compliance Specialist to join our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that business operations align with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Your tasks will include conducting thorough audits of documents, emails, and other communication channels to identify policy breaches, proposing corrective actions, and suggesting process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of company objectives, mission, vision, values, and policies through self-initiated and guided learning.
  • Conduct detailed audits of physical documents, emails, CRM/ERP entries, and other communication channels to identify policy breaches, propose corrective actions, and suggest process enhancements.
  • Address customer grievances in a timely manner and conduct customer satisfaction surveys to identify service gaps and propose improvements.
  • Maintain and share work calendars, task trackers, and audit reports as required by management or departmental head.

The ideal candidate should possess strong auditing and process understanding skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
