Project Manager Job Description

Are you a seasoned project manager with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of implementation and upgrade projects for our clients worldwide.

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and establish milestones and timelines to meet business objectives.
  • Require expertise in modules such as Finance & Operations (F&O), Supply Chain, manufacturing (SCM), procurement, Sales, Customer Service, or other related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and system functionality, guaranteeing seamless integration and effective solution deployment.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and end-users, to ensure clear understanding and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of either Dynamics 365/SAP platform and lifecycle functionality, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Mandatory pharmaceutical industry experience, including GxP validation and regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering, solution design workshops, testing, and go-live planning to ensure smooth project execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Microsoft Dynamics 365/SAP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks, with experience in implementing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
