Marketing Performance Lead

This role requires a seasoned marketing performance professional to lead our paid marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the full lifecycle of paid marketing from strategy to execution, team management, client communication, and creative collaboration to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Portfolio Management:
    • Manage a portfolio of performance marketing clients with a focus on e-commerce preferred brands.
    • Define goals, allocate budgets, and build full-funnel strategies to drive consistent results in terms of ROAS, CAC, and LTV growth.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of media buyers and performance marketers (2-5 team members).
    • Establish standard operating procedures, quality assurance processes, and weekly reviews to ensure high-quality work.
    • Hire, onboard, and upskill team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  3. Client Relationship & Strategy:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for performance marketing clients, building trust through clear reporting, proactive communication, and strategic advice.
    • Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key clients to discuss performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  4. Performance + Creative Synergy:
    • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to influence ad design, messaging, and funnel flow based on performance data insights.
    • Translate performance data into creative insights, suggesting A/B tests across visuals, ad copy, CTAs, landing pages, etc.
  5. Reporting & Optimisation:
    • Use GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and custom dashboards to track and optimize campaigns, ensuring budget pacing, bid strategy, and daily optimizations.
    • Implement automation rules, scripts, or tools for efficiency and scalability.
