Job Title: Recon Executive

As a core member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end processes, resolving unmatched/open transactions items and handling disputes and chargebacks.
  • Collaborating with customers to understand challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Configuring and maintaining automated systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling large volumes of financial data.

  • Experience of managing dispute and chargebacks is mandatory.
  • Basis knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with financial systems or related software.
  • Strong understanding of payment processes and financial transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
  • Previous experience in working on automation projects, bringing valuable insights and efficiencies to the processes.
