Job Description:

  • Aldecor is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement & Office Interiors Specialist to manage procurement operations, vendor coordination, and material sourcing for office interior projects.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in purchase management within the interior design, construction, or civil industry, and a civil engineering or equivalent background preferred.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end purchase operations for office interior projects, developing cost-efficient purchasing strategies, building and sustaining robust vendor relationships, identifying and onboarding new vendors, managing supplier evaluations and risk assessments, overseeing purchase orders and contracts, coordinating with design, project, and finance teams, sourcing high-quality materials matching project specifications, tracking purchase timelines, and upholding company policies and industry standards.

Key Qualifications & Competencies:

  • 3–5 years of experience in purchase management within the interior design, construction, or civil industry
  • Civil engineering or equivalent background preferred
  • Proven track record in vendor coordination, contract management, and material sourcing
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines seamlessly
