Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our data management and feature engineering efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement large-scale data management solutions utilizing bureau data in the banking domain.
  • Create Python classes and functions to automate data analysis and feature transformation processes.
  • Design, implement, and optimize sophisticated machine learning models for credit risk modeling.
  • Stay updated on the latest machine learning advancements and integrate cutting-edge techniques to improve our models.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in credit risk analytics preferably in the banking and financial services industry.
  • Experience with bureau data feature engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work on complex projects.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing frameworks is a plus.
