Job Title:

Business Growth Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Expert to drive revenue expansion and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing growth strategies, managing relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities. They will also be responsible for conducting market research, establishing rapport with potential clients, and planning marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase revenue.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to retain business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Establish and build strong rapport with potential clients and arrange meetings to discuss opportunities.
  • Plan and oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Research and identify key industry organizations and individuals to develop strategic partnerships and find new business opportunities.
  • Continuously strive to improve sales by increasing customer value and attracting new customers.
  • Proactively identify and develop new markets to improve sales and revenue growth.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network, learn from others, and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Set goals for product development and business growth, ensuring they are met through effective planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Labelling and Packaging industry, specifically in Apparel/Home Textiles.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hindi and Gujarati is an asset.
