Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Description:

  • Manage and support the implementation of HFM and FCCS applications.
  • Conduct presentations, assignments, and core consulting skills to clients.
  • Develop reporting solutions for management and narrative reporting.
  • Integrate and automate business processes.
  • Embrace new technologies to enhance productivity.
  • Experience with ARCS, TRCS, and Planning is a plus.

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-15 years of experience in Oracle EPM – HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close).
  • Excellent knowledge of financial planning and analysis with relevant educational qualifications – CPA/CA/M.Com/MBA (Finance).
  • Ability to work full-time onsite and interact comfortably with clients.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in configuring and supporting HFM and FCCS applications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct demos and presentations.
  • Experience with integrations and automations.
  • Open to adopting new technologies.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with ARCS, TRCS, and Planning.
  • Familiarity with Oracle EPM – HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close).
