Expert Oracle Cloud EPM Functional Consultant Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Enterprise Planning, Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), and/or Account Reconciliation (ARCS) solutions in Oracle EPM Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in configuring calculation rules, forms, dashboards, and integration workflows in EPM Cloud, as well as strong functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with client finance and accounting teams to gather requirements, map processes, and design future-state models that align with best practices.
  • Configure planning models, consolidation rules, and reconciliation profiles to support accurate budgeting, forecasting, close, and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop business logic, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Configure and manage data flows between EPM applications and source systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct workshops, prototype sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide go-live and post-implementation support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
  • Strong functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in configuring calculation rules, forms, dashboards, and integration workflows in EPM Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide clients through business and system design.
