Account Reconciliation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Account Reconciliation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Finance organization, you will be responsible for delivering top-class support and inspiring customer loyalty.

You will work closely with various technical experts within our organization to implement technologies within our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system. You will provide best-fit architectural solutions for new initiatives, assist in defining scope and sizing of work, and anchor Proof of Concept developments.

This position requires a strong understanding of financial systems, including account reconciliation and consolidation processes. You should have experience working with EPM systems, such as Hyperion, and knowledge of application development processes.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in EPM implementation, a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, and excellent communication skills. Travel readiness is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ARCS from design, configuration, data integration, and testing
  • Have sound knowledge on ARM/ARCS, including Reconciliation Compliance & Transaction Matching
  • Have functional knowledge of Finance/accounting and account reconciliation
  • Provide solutions to existing Architecture Design on current systems
  • Collaborate effectively with other groups

Requirements:

  • EPM Experience 5+ Years
  • Experience in Implementation of Hyperion with strong Application Development process experience on ARCS/ARM and good knowledge on consolidation process
  • Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
  • Sound functional knowledge Finance/accounting/General Ledger/Sub Ledgers
  • Sound Knowledge on standard and custom reports
  • Good communication skills
  • Travel readiness
