Lead Digital Marketing Strategy

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Leader to drive business growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of digital channels, team leadership experience, and a proven track record of building and executing successful digital campaigns.

  • Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy across all channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content, email, performance marketing, etc.).
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Design, Content, etc.) to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Plan and oversee digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.
  • Set clear KPIs and ROI benchmarks for all campaigns and ensure targets are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of all major digital channels and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven experience in driving measurable business growth through digital campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
