Job Title: Senior Fabrication Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end fabrication activities across multiple units to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
  • Develop and implement fabrication strategies aligned with production plans and customer requirements, driving process improvements and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Collaborate with design, procurement, planning, and quality departments for seamless execution of fabrication projects.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (productivity, utilization, rejection rates, etc.) to identify areas for improvement and optimize fabrication processes.
  • Plan manpower, machine loading, and material availability effectively to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in structural, pressure vessel, or equipment fabrication.
  • Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, codes, and standards.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, fabrication software/tools, and production planning systems.
