Job Responsibilities
This Regional Sales Director role is centered around developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned region, managing key customers, and building strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Edge AI space and the ability to articulate the value of our solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Design and implement a region-specific sales strategy focused on growth, market penetration, and strengthening our presence within the Edge AI industry in India.
- Build and maintain relationships with major customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing customized solutions to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Establish and nurture relationships with strategic partners to drive joint initiatives, expand market reach, and align with our business objectives in India.
- Ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by managing the sales pipeline, accurately forecasting, and executing strategies to maximize revenue growth in a competitive environment.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical field, with 10+ years of experience in sales and/or business development, focusing on deep technical knowledge in Edge AI and computer vision applications. You should also have a proven track record in delivering results and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
