We are seeking a Director - Sales & Sales Operations - to drive revenue growth, optimize sales processes, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth – Quarterly MRR Target driven

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive new business acquisition for BI, Analytics, and AI SaaS solutions.
  • Manage enterprise and mid-market sales cycles , from lead generation to deal closure along with a team.
  • Optimize sales workflows, CRM management, and reporting for operational efficiency.
  • Drive sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and deal progression .

2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

  • Design and implement lead generation strategies to drive high-quality sales pipelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing for demand generation campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives.

3. Channel Partner & Account Management

  • Build and manage a strong channel partner network (distributors, resellers, system integrators).
  • Develop long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring account growth and retention .
  • Negotiate Commercial contracts and expand partnerships

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience : 10-15 years in selling SaaS-based software selling, BI, Analytics, and AI platform solutions sales.

Proven Success : Track record of closing medium size enterprise deals and achieving revenue targets single handedly

Global Market Exposure : Experience handling Large & Mid-Market business accounts in UK, USA, Canada, Middle East & Africa.

Sales Leadership : Ability to build, lead, and scale a sales team.

Channel Partner Expertise : Strong background in partner acquisition & management.

Tech-Savvy : Deep understanding of AI, BI Technology SaaS, and Cloud Solutions.
