Job Description

As an Associate System Analyst, you will utilize your domain and business process expertise to develop and implement test plans and scripts for software development teams.

This role involves close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure that technical requirements are thoroughly elaborated and tested.

You will be instrumental in maintaining an efficient and consistent testing process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning & Execution: Work with Product Owners to define the testing scope and approach.
  • Validation & Quality Assurance: Validate that test scenarios meet feature acceptance criteria and customer expectations.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand and test requirements.
  • Methodologies & Tools: Utilize Agile software development methodologies (Scrum).
Required Skills & Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of experience or a Diploma with 4-7 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Experience in test case authoring and execution using tools like Veeva VVM or HP ALM.

Experience with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum).

Strong expertise in SQL and hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).

Familiarity with GxP, CFR 21 Part 11, and systems validation is a plus.

SAFe for Teams or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is preferred.
