Key Role in Support Team

Job Title: Customer Support Coordinator

This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities and provide top-notch customer service.

  • Onboard candidates, familiarize them with program elements, and understand their expectations.
  • Mentor candidates to achieve their goals and keep them updated on program developments through regular communication.
  • Monitor candidate performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose interventions to address lagging metrics.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of candidate interactions, growth, and expectations.
  • Provide feedback and motivation to struggling candidates to help them succeed.
  • Prepare candidates for placement activities to maximize job offers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the program team and candidates, ensuring open communication and iterative improvement of satisfaction levels.
  • Influence the program calendar by working closely with the program team to drive schedules that benefit both candidates and the organization.
  • Resolve daily queries from learners and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • High customer-centricity with the ability to approach situations with patience and empathy.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage internal communication effectively to drive student success.
  • Decent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
