Design Deliverables Specialist

Prepare comprehensive design deliverables, including specifications and drawings for Instrumentation & Control systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliverables Preparation: Specifications, Instrument Index, I/O Lists, Functional Loop Schematics, Logic Diagrams, Inst. Datasheets, Installation Drawings, Hookups, Instrument Location Lay outs, Cable Tray lay outs, Control Room Lay outs, Cable and Junction Box Schedule, Wiring and Interconnection Drawings, Loop Wiring Diagram, MTO, Construction/Erection Tender, CAPEX Support.
  • Inter-disciplinary Collaboration: Participate in P&ID review and update, 3D Model review, IDR/IDC, Cable Tray Layouts, Equipment Layouts, Instrumentation Layouts.
  • Hands-on Design Calculations: Perform experience in design calculations, including Inst. Sizing, Control Valve Sizing, Flow meter sizing, Safety valve sizing, Air and power consumption calculations, Thermowell Wake frequency calculations, UPS Sizing, Transformer sizing, Cable tray sizing, cable sizing.
  • Code Compliance: Familiarity with relevant codes and standards applicable to FMCG Plants and NEC standards.
  • Wiring Schemes Knowledge: Understanding of wiring schemes for ESD/DCS and RTU/SCADA hardware specification.
  • Instrument Selection: Expertise in selecting instruments and systems for hazardous areas.
