Interior Design Specialist Role

Job Overview: We are seeking an Interior Design Specialist to collaborate with our Senior Designer in developing exceptional designs and proposals for clients.

  1. The selected candidate will work closely with the Senior Designer to create high-quality design concepts, visualizations, and presentations.
  2. They will assist in researching market trends, analyzing client needs, and developing innovative solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present design concepts, including 2D and 3D visualizations, to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Architects, Engineers, and Project Managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct thorough research on design trends, materials, and technologies to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
  • Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth design process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), as well as proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
