Job Overview
- This role is responsible for supporting the management and tracking of project expenses to ensure alignment with approved plans.
- The successful candidate will assist in financial forecasting, planning, and analysis for assigned accounts or projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project expenses and track financial performance against approved budgets.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial and operational reporting as required.
- Support initiatives aimed at simplifying workflows, improving efficiency, and maintaining cost control.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work in a team environment.
