Job Title: Business Support Team Supervisor

People Development:

Set goals and expectations for the team and conduct regular progress reviews.Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and expertise.Identify and address performance issues proactively.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Leader managing a team of 15+ individuals.
