Growth Strategist

We are driving innovation by building the world's first Autonomous AI CMO, and we need a skilled professional to help us achieve this goal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our GTM automation strategy and bringing engineering discipline to sales & marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing automation pipelines for prospecting, lead enrichment, and outreach using Python and tools like n8n/Zapier.
  • Integrating AI APIs into GTM workflows for personalization and lead scoring.
  • Automating discovery and engagement on various channels.
  • Cleaning and modeling data to support ICP design, segmentation, and growth analytics.
  • Rapidly experimenting with growth strategies and prototypes.

We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in automation engineering, growth operations, or data engineering.

Requirements include:

  • Strong skills in Python, APIs, and data wrangling (SQL/Pandas).
  • Hands-on experience with workflow tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) and integrations (HubSpot, Apollo, Slack, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) is a plus.
  • Startup mindset: scrappy, fast, outcome-oriented.

As a Growth Strategist at our organization, you will gain ownership of our GTM automation strategy, direct impact on pipeline, SQLs, and revenue, mentorship from founders, and career growth opportunities.
