Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our collection efforts, ensuring seamless processes and exceeding targets. As a Collection Manager, you will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating with teams, and fostering employee and agency quality.

This role involves taking ownership of high-value accounts, leading a team of 9 employees and field collection agencies, and leveraging productivity to achieve desired outcomes. Your expertise in retail collections, preferably credit cards, is crucial to our success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting and managing a high-performing team
  • Coordinating with accounts, legal, and operations teams
  • Developing and implementing effective collection strategies
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate or MBA degree
  • At least 7 years of experience in retail collections, preferably credit cards
  • Over 10 years of experience is preferred
