Virtual Events Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Events Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing virtual events to engage our audience, promote products, and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop a comprehensive event plan aligned with our marketing objectives.
    • Identify target audiences and create relevant, engaging event topics.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content.
    • Oversee the event lifecycle, including scheduling, promotion, registration, live delivery, and post-event follow-ups.
    • Manage technical aspects of events, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting.
    • Conduct rehearsals with presenters to ensure seamless delivery.
    • Monitor and analyze event performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align event themes with campaigns and goals.
    • Collaborate with product marketing team to develop events that highlight key features and value propositions.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
    • Coordinate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media content to maximize event attendance.
    • Leverage analytics tools to track and optimize promotional efforts.
  • Reporting & Optimization:
    • Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to measure event success.
    • Generate regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.
    • Continuously improve event content, format, and delivery based on audience feedback and data insights.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in virtual events management or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with event platforms (e.g., ON24) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in US time zone.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing event performance metrics.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering engaging virtual experiences.
