Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing innovative visual concepts, producing event-related graphics, and ensuring that all visuals meet the highest standards of design and storytelling.

Your primary focus will be on creating stunning event visuals that align with client visions and brand identity. You will also be responsible for designing both print and digital assets, including invitations, backdrops, branding elements, social media creatives, and more.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the creative, production, and client servicing teams to ensure design excellence and timely delivery. You will maintain and enforce design consistency across all creative assets and lead junior designers in managing timelines and follow-ups on all tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional design experience; experience in the wedding/events industry preferred.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or other animation tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work with brand aesthetics and design guidelines, while conveying emotion and storytelling through visuals.
  • Sound knowledge of design principles, print production processes, and digital formats.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with speed and precision.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and spatial design.
  • Experience managing junior designers or interns; ability to guide, motivate, and lead a team.
  • Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, ensuring no detail is missed.
