Roles & Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and target markets.

Plan and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for lead generation and brand awareness.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for maximum ROI.

Content Creation & Branding:

Create high-quality content including blogs, case studies, social media posts, infographics, product videos, eBooks, and newsletters tailored for hospitality SaaS audiences.

Maintain a consistent brand tone and messaging across all platforms.

Collaborate with designers, product teams, and sales to ensure content aligns with business goals.

SEO & Website Optimization:

Implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and search rankings.

Conduct keyword research relevant to the hospitality and SaaS sectors.

Optimize landing pages, blogs, and website content for higher engagement and conversions.

Social Media & Community Engagement:

Manage and grow social media channels with engaging, industry-relevant content.

Foster community interaction through timely responses, polls, live sessions, and thought leadership content.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:

Stay updated on hospitality industry and SaaS marketing trends.

Monitor competitors' strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Event & Campaign Support:

Support marketing efforts for trade shows, webinars, and product launches with targeted campaigns and promotional content.

Key Competencies for the Role:

Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in B2B SaaS or hospitality marketing, with measurable success in digital campaigns and content creation.

Content Excellence: Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical information.

Analytical Thinking: Skilled in analyzing data and using insights to improve marketing performance.

SEO & SEM Skills: Solid knowledge of search engine optimization, PPC advertising, and keyword research.

Creativity & Innovation: Ability to generate fresh ideas and engaging content formats to attract target audiences.

Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and product.

Tool Proficiency: Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in SaaS or hospitality technology.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing automation tools.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of hospitality industry trends and SaaS solutions.
