Profile Overview:We are seeking a Senior Digital Media & Content Creator with strong expertise in hospitality, SaaS, and B2B marketing. This role demands more than just execution it requires a storytelling mindset, a deep understanding of user experience, and the ability to translate product features into customer-centric value. You will be responsible for shaping the content strategy, producing engaging media assets, and driving digital experiences that inspire action, strengthen brand presence, and generate qualified leads.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
  • Create high-quality video, visual, and written content tailored to hospitality and SaaS audiences.
  • Lead storytelling initiatives to highlight product value, customer success stories, and industry insights.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to deliver impactful B2B campaigns that drive demand and leads.
  • Design engaging digital experiences across websites, social media, and campaigns with a focus on user journey and UX-driven storytelling.
  • Mentor and guide junior creators, ensuring consistency in quality, messaging, and brand voice.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics; optimize strategies for improved reach and engagement.
  • Stay updated on hospitality and SaaS industry trends to develop relevant, thought-leadership content.

Key Skills Needed:

  • Expertise in digital storytelling, video production, and content strategy for B2B audiences.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, etc.) and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of UX-driven content creation across websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
  • Ability to simplify complex SaaS concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills to work cross-functionally and mentor creative teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize content for impact.

Requirements:

  • 57 years of experience in digital content creation, video production, and storytelling.
  • Proven track record in hospitality technology and SaaS industries.
  • Deep understanding of B2B content strategies, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated expertise in video and design tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing B2B storytelling, SaaS, and hospitality-focused work.
